the breakfast offered a perfect selection. the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and cute. all interactions with staff were positive both in the hotel and at the leisure centre.
the room across from mine had buggies left in the corridor. it was very hard to pass. the corridor also had a lot of noise at night.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, so I found something I liked each morning. I especially appreciated the large car park. It made arrival and departure smooth.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the pool area, where the staff were attentive and ensured everyone had a good time. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby amenities (i especially liked the food court).

The breakfast was quite good. A reasonable start to the day.
Upon arrival, i saw vomit on the reception floor near the stairs. It remained there for hours, even past midnight. This lack of hygiene was unacceptable, especially for the price i paid for the room.

I was quite disappointed by a few things. the salmon i ordered was overcooked. It came with only a few potato cubes and a single sliver of broccoli. the leisure facilities also need some attention. I noticed missing tiles in the steam room and slippery shower floors in the men's room. it was scum or soap. it.

My room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the gym. It had several cardio machines. I was grateful for the free parking. It made coming and going easy. Tomas was very helpful .
The staff seemed more interested in each other at dinner than serving customers. It felt more like a school canteen. There was also an issue with some noise near my room. It made it difficult to sleep early.
