friendly staffbalcony viewgreat food
I found the staff to be excellent, their friendly demeanor and great communication skills. my accommodation was excellent. The balcony view added a romantic touch to the visit. the food was fantastic, with diverse choices for every type of customer, though i would have enjoyed more local cuisine options!

The room was spacious. I found the furnishings lovely. Breakfast had a great choice. I also appreciated the staff were nice and pro.
The room could use a bit more light. Housekeeping services seemed a bit lacking. I think more attention is needed. The bar food could use some revisions and expansion.

the shower lacked proper hot water. i told the staff, but it remained lukewarm for my entire stay. the shower tray drained slowly too, and i needed to request maintenance . it.
