A Good Stay in the City Center
attentive staff smashing breakfast central location great fries
The staff were attentive AND personable, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I enjoyed a smashing breakfast. It was great. The hotel is central for both food and shops. Truffle fries with the falafel burger were great.
The bathroom felt small and tired in places. It had a leaky shower enclosure.

central location spacious room excellent service
the location was super central near the railway station (very convenient!). the room i got was really lovely and spacious. zeinab provided excellent check in service and was very hospitable.
the club beautiful room wasn't cheap, and i expected much better cleanliness.

helpful staff great accessibility working air conditioning
I found the staff amazing, genuinely friendly and helpful . The hotel's accessibility was great, and I liked the style. Air conditioning worked well (a big plus!).
The toilet door in my room showed water damage with a swollen base, and the toilet roll holder's placement was inconvenient. I found it hard to sit comfortably.

The 'Standard Double Room' was great with its comfort and spacious layout. It featured a great shower that was a nice touch after a long day. The bed was very comfortable.

The location proved central to everything, just off the main thoroughfare but still a short walk to the city center. I liked that it gave me good access (I wanted to explore). This made exploring the area easy.

I had breakfast, and it was beautiful (especially the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon!). The quality of the ingredients stood out, and everything tasted delicious. Tia and Purvanshi were attentive while serving.
