I stayed in a large mama double room. the room included two separate sinks, i appreciated that, and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit, vegetables, and various bakery goods. It tasted excellent. the hotel has a large underground parking, and it is part of a shopping mall.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. The hotel had a great vibe, especially at the restaurant. Entertainment was provided nightly. The location worked well.
There was no shampoo or shower gel provided in the bathroom. I only found a single soap labeled as all-in-one. This felt subpar given the price point.

the location is convenient as it sits atop a shopping center on the main boulevard. the staff was very helpful and spoke english well. my room, a large mama double room, offered fine views of the park. i found the breakfast to be excellent, with a broad selection of food and drinks.
I noticed that a particular receptionist was a little rude when the lift was not working. I expected a contingency plan for luggage assistance.

the front desk team was warm, professional, and provided excellent service. staff members were always smiling and attentive to every request. they allowed a late check-out when i needed it, very much appreciated. the team speaks excellent english.

The location cannot BE beat, right next to the shopping center. I found helpful staff. The rooftop bar offered good music. The breakfast had many fresh options.
The parking fee seemed expensive! I think it was 30€ per day.
