i found the staff very friendly. they accommodated us by putting us in a room that didn't require too much walking. the facilities were great, including both the rooms and the swimming pool area. i would definitely stay again.
the room missed very basic necessities. there was nothing but a bar of soap in the bathroom which i don't find hygienic. also, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. there wasn't even a paper cup or glass cup to drink some water.

the location is excellent near a paid parking spot. the room felt spacious, and i found a good bed provided. the provided bed linen and towels were nice.
the staff seemed indifferent to some issues! but the wi-fi was slow. twice.
