amazing staff luxury furnishings beautiful finishes wonderful shower
the staff welcomed me and helped me feel at home. they always asked how my father was recovering (it meant a lot). juan in the atrium cafe, gonzalo during breakfast, and claudia during the evenings provided lovely service. the guest room had beautiful finishes, luxury furnishings and a wonderful shower.

beautiful rooms attentive staff seamless check-in specialty breakfast
i found the rooms beautiful. the housekeeping staff was very attentive. the check-in process was seamless , and i appreciated that. i had specialty breakfast requests, and the staff accommodated them without hesitation.
i noticed the pool could have been a bit warmer.

front desk helpful staff club lounge luggage assistance check-in process
francisca rue at the front desk was great. valentina requena and diego serrano in the club lounge were also amazing. the staff was attentive and helpful. i felt very welcomed .
i had trouble finding someone to help me with my luggage upon arrival. the check-in process felt cold, even though i was staying in one of the best suites. it was a bit disappointing initially.
