high hospitalitycute stafftailored food
i stayed for a few nights and found the staff cute. they accommodated my requests, even preparing off-menu food. the service was consistently delivered with a smile.
the immediate surroundings near the access path could use a little tidying.

the hotel enjoys direct beach access and is situated by a scenic river (i spotted some beautiful birds!). it is in a quiet area with no noise from traffic.

the pool is well kept and enjoyable. there is convenient parking available for scooters right outside the main gate. the hotel has private access to the beach and security logs guests in and out at the beach entrance.

i enjoyed a beautiful room with a river view. this room included a spacious layout with useful equipment. the balcony offered an amazing view, very relaxing.
the passage for reaching hotel needs cleaning, it is a slight inconvenience.

i hoped for more from the room. the pillows felt flat and lumpy i did not sleep well. also, the noise from the nearby bar at night was louder than i anticipated it was hard to relax before midnight.

Amazing Stay with Really good Service!

heartfelt greetinghelpful staffexcellent service
My initial stay turned into three weeks I felt at home. I loved the heartfelt greetings from the security guard. The reception staff including Vishweta and Saurav were always helpful and friendly. Shaun, Gurunath, and Puja made our meals better with their attentiveness and kindness.
The beach access required a walk through a small passage that was not well kept.

Breakfast featured a great selection with attentive staff always willing to help guests. The restaurant staff including Mario, Amit, and Zeenat were really good and they ensured everything was to our liking. They also arranged a special pool breakfast.

The location is great with quiet surroundings and good beach access. Lush green surroundings flank the resort. It is nestled between backwaters and the sea. It provides a quiet getaway slightly off the main road.

The staff offers amazing hospitality and is among the best I have seen at any resort. Every team member was cute. The young ladies at breakfast and the front desk provided lovely and attentive service.

The rooms are cosily decorated with comfortable beds and linens. Our river-facing room provided a mesmerising view. The rooms are spacious and modern and they include every comfort you could need. The hot and heavy shower was particularly noteworthy.
