helpful staffbreakfast buffet
the staff was very friendly and helpful i requested my room to be ready early it was fulfilled. the view from the room was very nice i could see barcelona including la sagrada familia. the breakfast buffet had tons of choices every day it was delicious.

the staff was eager to assist with any request, providing quick resolutions and information. the beds were really comfortable and ensured restful sleep. my room had a great view of the sea, which i enjoyed. the hotel provides really good value for money.
i thought i noticed that the rooftop bar had limited hours.

The gym provides necessary equipment for a total body workout. The spa permitted children during the first morning hour. I found that really nice as I traveled with my family.
The rooftop bar was out of order. I didn't receive a message from the hotel regarding this matter, which ruined my stay a little.

The location was good and close to the beach. This met my expectations.
The cleanliness was below par. I found the room had not been cleaned properly. the bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains. i also noticed dust on the furniture. It was disappointing.

The cleaning quality was bad. The bed smelled HORRIBLE. It was like someone messed on it. The front desk man at night was smoking. Guess aren't ALLOWED to smoke. He started to shout at me. He wouldn't change my room.
