some issues with our stay
unclean room poor air conditioning
the breakfast was acceptable , but nothing to write home about.
the room was not particularly clean upon arrival. i found some hair in the bathroom and the floor seemed to not have been properly mopped. also , the air conditioning barely worked , despite it supposedly being fixed after i complained. it was a pretty uncomfortable night.

Fantastic Family Stay!
pirate ship pool levels convenient supermarket easy exploration
My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here! My daughter adored the pirate ship with its slides and water features. The multiple pool levels allowed her safe swimming experiences. The location between two charming spots provided easy exploration, even with a stroller. The on-site laundry and reasonably priced supermarket were also very convenient.
I found that the sound insulation between rooms was not ideal. I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms, a little disruptive.

family holiday success
pirate ship convenient exits
the facilities suited our family holiday well the kids loved the dedicated pirate ship and the different pool levels helped with safe swimming. we found it easy to explore the area with a pram because of the convenient exits and there was even a handy supermarket with great prices inside the resort.
the restaurant service could be chaotic at times however the breakfast and lunch options were generally good despite this i wish the service had been more consistent to improve the overall dining experience.

the staff were helpful and friendly contributing to a positive atmosphere all interactions were smooth with minimal language barriers except with the lifeguard and cleaner which was easily managed.

the breakfast offered comprehensive food options catering to different tastes and preferences menu variations were noticeable each day adding some novelty. accessing drinks during dinner required some effort which was a minor drawback to the otherwise varied culinary experience.

the outdoor and indoor pools provided options for all weather conditions additionally there was a sauna a sky bar with a jacuzzi and a gym. the cleanliness throughout these areas was amazing which ensured a hygienic environment for all guests.

our apartment was renovated with comfortable beds a modern bathroom and nice placement away from the main building in a separate area. daily cleaning ensured a tidy space and the daily towel changes were very much appreciated throughout our stay.

the hotel's location offered easy access to both cala millor and cala bona simplifying exploration of the surrounding area this was especially beneficial with a pram facilitating smooth transitions to different attractions. the beach was just a short five minute walk.

a decent stay overall
clean room spacious room awesome show weak ac limited staff assistance late solution
the room was very clean and spacious. it was for a family of four. i had a lovely view of the pool from the balcony. the evening shows were awesome, both for the kids and adults.
the ac was not strong in the room. i booked a room. the staff initially didn't offer much help. they eventually offered another room but it was too late.

AMAZING Hotel for Families!
spacious room good price great location short walk
Our room was spacious I was happy. The supermarket inside the hotel offered REALLY good prices and choices. This was a major plus. Location was GREAT! it was a short walk to the beach.
The hotel was catered mainly for families with children which means, it was sometimes noisy and CROWDED.
