The rooms were clean and quiet. I had a room with two separate beds as i requested. the staff was helpful, especially with directions. i found many places nearby to get tapas. I appreciated the choice. the indoor pool was a plus. It was open and available.
I found the lobby a bit inconvenient. I had to go there each time to validate the parking pass. I think there should be a way to do it without going to the front desk.

The room has comfortable beds and a tv. the room also features air conditioning. I could control the temperature for a comfortable environment. it was nice. I found it very quiet.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. They provided quick solutions. the reception is open 24 hours. I found this very convenient. i could always get assistance. That was a plus.

Excellent Stay Near the Conference Center

The room was a decent size. Facilities were good. Beds were large and comfortable. Good bus links are available into the city center.
The hotel does not meet the four star rank. The room is not sound proof and you could hear the water flow in the adjacent room. The reception staff needs to be more friendly and helpful especially for non-Spanish speaking guests. Breakfast is below the standard of four-star hotel with similar menu for the whole week and only one or two staff available in the whole restaurant.

I stayed for three nights. The rooms were quite nice and clean. I also made use of the swimming pool. It was open air. Breakfast provided a great variety of fruit juices and hot drinks.
The air conditioning did not seem adequate. The room was too warm during the night. The photos of the room also did not match its reality. The room felt outdated and seemed refurbished some time ago.

the hotel restaurant had a limited menu for children. i needed to book half board to get chicken nuggets?! the hotel was about an hour's bicycle ride from the centre, and 20 minutes in a taxi.
