central location, simple comforts
helpful staff great location charming building
I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. they offered assistance with my luggage. the location was great for walking to all attractions. i liked the traditional building. It felt charming and authentic.
Noise from an external air conditioning motor was disruptive. It switched on and off frequently. this made sleeping difficult and it was a recurring issue in multiple rooms.

the single room offered basic accommodation with comfortable cleanliness. windows faced the building's interior, it ensured silence but limited the natural light, the bedding and the towels were in an ideal condition.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. they managed luggage with great care. breakfast costs an extra fee, but provides juice, coffee, and assorted items. I found it to be a nice and affordable option.

central location wooden furniture
i loved the location. it was super central and made exploring so easy. the staff was really lovely (they were always smiling!). the building had a charming feel with beautiful patios and wooden furniture, so good.
the room lacked a full-length mirror, though it had everything else i needed.

central location, good value
central location beautiful building nice desk staff
i found the location very central. it made seeing the main sights easy with walking. i liked the beautiful building a lot. the desk staff was nice too.
i did hear every noise from the street. i also didn't have a key for the front door. i had to wait for a receptionist to open it for me.

Super Central Stay!
central location friendly staff rooftop courtyard
This location is unreal! I walked everywhere easy and found so many awesome tapas bars close. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I needed directions. I found the rooftop courtyard a total hidden gem, a perfect spot to chill with a drink after exploring.
The walls seem very thin, I hear a lot of noise from other rooms sometimes.

I liked that several restaurants sit meters from the hotel, I ate so well! The Carrefour Express nearby helped grab snacks, I kept drinks chilled in my room.

The reception operates 24/7, it felt secure. When I check in, the receptionist carry my heavy suitcase up stairs, I am so grateful! The staff help me book a taxi, I am so relaxed.

The room have air conditioning, it worked great. The bathroom were modern and very clean, I like rainfall shower. The room also have a small balcony, I sit to drink my morning coffee.

The hotel locate really close to all main attractions, it is a big plus. The cathedral is a very short walk, I went there every day! It is easy to get around from here, I like it!

central location helpful staff renovated bathroom no elevator awkward locks second floor
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was central, so i could walk to many sites. the bathroom seemed newly renovated (everything looked new).
my room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. i had to carry my luggage up two sets of stairs. the door locks were also a little tricky (i fumbled with them a few times).
