Excellent City Center Hotel
prompt room service available sauna major attraction
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room service was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the availability of a sauna, which I found to be a nice addition . The hotel is very close to major attractions.
I found that gym lacked water. It also lacked towels. This oversight impacted my workout experience.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
terrible drains little light
The location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The drains in my room were terrible, and this issue was never resolved, despite me complaining a few times. Staff placed a strong scent diffuser, but it made breathing difficult. There was also little natural light as the only windows faced a small internal space.

overrated and UNDERWHELMED
faulty shower doors unhelpful staff
the location WAS pretty good, i guess.
The gym was a joke. The air conditioning barely worked, and there were no towels. staff at breakfast seemed to laugh when i asked for six eggs, REALLY professional. the shower leaked all over the floor due to badly installed doors, and nobody fixed it EVEN after i complained multiple times.

small pool area noise level
I received a complimentary room upgrade, a definite bonus.
The rooftop pool area was a concern. It was quite small, and during the day there was significant noise from children playing. This impacted my ability to relax . I had hoped for more tranquility.
