the view from the room to the ocean was amazing!!! the environment is really green with fabulous palm trees. the buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. the staff were really nice and always ready to help.
my room was very dated, i would say it was a 3 star at best. the fixtures were dirty. the wiring to one of the lamps was exposed, i found that a bit concerning.

the varied breakfast was acceptable , i suppose.
i must say , the initial room i got was pretty awful , reeked of something ancient , and the bathroom looked like it belonged in a museum , not in a good way. even after switching rooms , the toilet seat was wobbly and stayed that way. honestly , the whole place seemed like it needed a serious makeover.

The breakfast included a delicious assortment of options. I was charmed by the regular shuttle service to the beach. Loro Parque is a very short walk away. The staff allowed me to exchange the room cleaning for drink coupons.

The staff provided amazing assistance and created a cute atmosphere! Breakfast included a great selection and I ate there every day. I enjoyed the inspiring sea view from the eating area. The large, heated swimming pool and outdoor area are fantastic I found.
The minigolf course needs maintenance and cleaning, with some pots damaged.

The resort includes a big tennis court and various sports facilities, ensuring active recreation. I found the lush garden to be very beautiful with lots of space. There are several pools to enjoy quiet hours.

My room was spacious and included a separate bedroom. It had a sea view and two balconies so I listened to the sea. The bed was wide and comfortable.

I found the staff always ready to help with any request. The staff helped me book a taxi to the airport! They prepared a breakfast to go, which I greatly appreciated, given my early departure.
