the location was amazing, near several villages. our rooms were clean with fresh sheets. the air conditioning worked wonders! the reception staff was friendly and very helpful. breakfast was a delicious experience, especially the fresh fruit options.

The three pools each had a distinct vibe. The top pool offered views, the large pool featured comfy loungers and a bar, and the bottom pool included a lovely smoothie bar. the grounds were also well-kept, with pretty views.

The room I booked (Superior Studio) was disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked. I complained, but nothing was done to fix it. There was also a persistent musty odor. The bathroom was small and outdated.

The luxury two-bedroom villa I booked featured a generously sized private pool, perfect for relaxation. The villa offered two well-furnished outdoor spaces, I appreciated the convenience. The hotel staff were very attentive, they promptly addressed all my needs.
The walk back from the village to the hotel was a bit of a climb. This impacted my overall enjoyment of the location (but only slightly!).

I spent six nights there recently. our two-bedroom apartment was super clean. i especially liked that our room had great facilities for self catering. the cleaning staff kept everything beautiful for us with daily fresh towels. i found the location ideal. We could easily walk to local restaurants.
the only slight issue i noticed was the vending machine at the top pool was not working. it was a small inconvenience, but something i hope they address. i still really enjoyed my stay.

The location was superb. It provided easy access to villages for meals, shopping, and drinks. Our Superior Studio was clean. Fresh towels and sheets was every other day. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The grounds are maintained well. They looked pretty.
The top pool bar was closed. the vending machine wasn't working.
