a charming stay!
beautiful room buffet breakfast ground floor shops hotel gym
I had a beautiful double room, it included a bath and a shower. the buffet breakfast was really fantastic, with plenty of options. the hotel had shops on the ground floor. That was convenient. i saw a pool and a gym too, which seemed nice. i stayed for three nights. It was fine!
The staff did not speak much english. That could be difficult! i managed somehow, though.

useless air conditioning outdated room
the air conditioning was pretty much useless. it barely cooled the room, what a joke. the rooms looked a bit tired, they could use some modernizing i suppose. at least the layout was functional i guess.

inadequate air conditioning insufficient fan
the location near the train station suited my needs.
the air conditioning did not function adequately in my room. the room became uncomfortably warm, especially with the sun exposure through the large windows. the front desk provided fans, insufficient to alleviate the heat.

convenient location spacious room excellent service equipped gym
The location is very convenient, near Jiang Guo Men MTR Station. The rooms are spacious and clean. I appreciated that the daily cleaning service replaced our water (even without a request for room cleanup). The hotel has a well-equipped gym and a self-service laundry room.
The front desk staff's English skills are limited.

limited english ineffective air conditioning
I had a spacious room with all the amenities i needed. the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It also had a shower, a bath, a laundry line, a nice sink and a toilet. i got clean bathroom towels everyday which was a big plus.
the front desk staff could barely speak english and always seemed stressed. (maybe they need a vacation?) i stayed in mid-april and it was already hot, yet the hotel decided to turn the air conditioning off! my room heated up to 28-30 degrees even with the blinds closed. the staff offered a fan, a rather useless solution, as it just circulated hot air.
