Great stay, highly recommended!

The staff helped me store my luggage. they let me know when my room was ready before check-in time. i also used the shared kitchen. It had basic utensils.
I found THE front door tricky to open sometimes. The location felt a bit unsafe at night. street noise was noticeable.

i liked the provided small kitchen, it had a fridge and microwave. tea was available , such a nice touch! the room was clean and cozy, i felt very relaxed. i found all the needed utilities, everything was very handy.
The front door was a little tricky. I had to wrestle with it for a few minutes.

the location is near the center with metro, tram, and public transportation at the doorstep. rossio train station is only one metro stop away, very convenient. it allows for easy trips to other places like sintra.

The staff are friendly and always willing to help, a great asset. check-in was easy, and the staff offered assistance with luggage. I appreciated this a lot. they provide a cute, relaxed atmosphere for all guests.

free coffee and tea are available in the canteen, a nice perk. a supermarket is located close by. this setup makes quick meals very accessible!

the room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. beds are comfortable, and the shower is fantastic. clean towels were supplied every day .
