i must say, the room service was a bit of a joke. i ordered a sandwich one evening, and it took nearly an hour to arrive. and when it finally did, it was missing half the ingredients. also, the gym was surprisingly small for a hotel this size. there was one treadmill and a couple of dumbbells, not exactly a workout paradise.

My room had good furniture and comfortable firm mattress. the room lighting worked well throughout, and the heating was effective. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. That helped me to rest after a long travel day.
The breakfast could have been better. The selection wasn't as diverse as i hoped.

the location was perfect for accessing the city center. a great shopping center was nearby, offering many options. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available when needed.
the bed was somewhat uncomfortable . the toilet wasn't completely cleaned when i checked in, a minor inconvenience.
