I found staff very kind. Breakfast bussers worked hard. The atmosphere at dinner on the patio was fun, the view was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Hospitality was top tier.
My expensive sunglasses was stolen from my room. No one from the hotel responded to emails or took responsibility.

The location provided easy access to nearby villages like Roussillon. The hotel buildings were beautiful stone structures with terraces perfect for dining. Breakfast offered a buffet with high-quality salmon and cooked options were available upon request, a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the large pool area, it included loungers and a space to relax.

i found the hotel grounds fine with views of the surrounding valley. the staff were helpful, including the valet and front desk. i especially appreciated gautier's recommendations for local restaurants and activities. the room was beautiful and well kept.
i noticed very little shade near the pool.
