central location easy parking cooked breakfast unclear directions single chair broken plug
the hotel location was central, only minutes on foot from shops and restaurants. i enjoyed the cooked breakfast each morning. parking was also easy to manage (a definite plus).
the reception did not give clear directions to the room (i had to figure it out myself). there was only one chair in the bedroom. the plug in the basin was broken, so keeping water in for washing was impossible.

amazing location friendly staff various options
The location is amazing, right in the city center. The staff were friendly. I felt welcomed. I also enjoyed free parking nearby, so convenient! Breakfast included various options. It was yummy.
The light bulb in my room was bare. It looked unfinished. the carpet had a stain, it needs replacement.

central location breakfast options good experience old fashioned room food smell overpriced hotel
the location is central. i found a lot of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. the breakfast included enough options. it was a good experience.
the room felt old fashioned. i noticed a food smell upon entering the room, and the bathroom also had that smell. i thought the hotel was overpriced.

food smell omitted bacon
My room smelled strongly of food upon entry. the bathroom shared this unpleasant odor. breakfast service was slow, and my drink order was initially forgotten. my husband's full english breakfast arrived without bacon. This was a significant oversight.

comfortable lounge friendly staff light space pleasant bar
the location was perfect. i found a comfortable lounge . the staff were polite and friendly. the bar area and dining room were refurbished creating a pleasant, light space.
i had difficulty getting breakfast that i paid for, because it does not start until 8 am.

the hotel offers complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the building (which is great). there is also a designated smoking area outside the main entrance. the hotel features a modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines.
