the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was efficient.
the room was small and definitely needed updating. breakfast was very basic. i didn't find it value for money compared to other places i have stayed at £120 for bed and breakfast..

The staff accommodated a gluten-free meal at short notice. I found this especially helpful. the location is central for walks and activities. the warm, cute atmosphere is clear, and it felt very inviting (like visiting old friends).
i noticed the room assigned to me was quite small.

Excellent Stay in Yorkshire
great location friendly staff excellent food
This inn's location is great. It sits on the edge of the village, but it is still an easy walk to all the shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they really were very good. Breakfasts and dinners tasted excellent here.

I noticed the rooms include comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The restaurant provides excellent food options and a cozy atmosphere. A well-stocked bar serves a variety of drinks, which guests enjoy. It is a cute place.

good location fair price evening meal
Location was good for the walks I planned. The evening meal tasted good and cost a fair price. I checked out before breakfast.
The stairs to reach the first floor was narrow making it difficult to carry my suitcase.
