the location was convenient, situated close to piazza bra. the staff answered my questions promptly and accurately. the taxi arrangement was perfect..
i booked a double room, but it had two single beds pushed together. the mattresses were also not very comfortable. the hairdryer in the bathroom was loose and kept falling off the wall.

The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to main attractions. Breakfast was quite varied. Self-service was efficient (no waiting!).
The room I had faced a street. It was noisy due to a nearby fast food restaurant. I could hear people late at night. The sound insulation was not sufficient.

The staff was generally helpful, especially with directions. breakfast offered a decent selection, with fresh pastries and fruit. i found the location very convenient. It was close to the main attractions and public transportation. (a real plus when you want to get around easily!).

my double room included a comfortable bed, a small desk, and a wardrobe. the bathroom had a shower, a toilet, and a sink with complimentary toiletries. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
