The staff was friendly from arrival. i found breakfast to be quite nice with good variety of options in a beautiful setting. the hotel's location was very convenient. The train station was just a short walk and the heart of the city was easily accessible. secure off-road parking was available, a must when traveling by car.

The bathroom lacked a window. Drying clothes or towels proved challenging.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The room I stayed in was very clean and quite comfortable. Each room has its own unique decor, a feature I liked very much.

The air conditioning didn't cool the room very efficiently.

The hotel lacks an elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs was difficult, especially since I had multiple bags.
