excellent servicecomfortable roomunique decor

Customer service was EXCELLENT. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The room I stayed in was very clean and quite comfortable. Each room has its own unique decor, a feature I liked very much.

The air conditioning didn't cool the room very efficiently.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was an easy walk to the arena area. The staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants (I especially enjoyed the pizza place they suggested!).

Carrying luggage upstairs was difficult, especially since I had multiple bags.
