charming stay near the arena

the location IS really good, steps from piazza bra. the breakfast included a very good spread, with many options. my room included chocolates on the bed upon arrival. the staff was friendly and very helpful .
the pillows provided were not comfortable , impacting sleep quality.

the hotel offers a perfect location, right around the corner from the arena. there are many shops and restaurants in the immediate area, all within a short walking distance from the building.

the location, was GREAT. shopping was just outside the door and you can walk to everything. breakfast had so many choices, it was over the TOP.
sewage smell was TERRIBLE in the hallway and bedroom. the lady on the counter didn't fix the issue and didn't offer to change the room. i don't expect big facilities however they need to be functional and this wasn't.

The hotel's location is very central, close to many attractions. My room, a double room, was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. The outdoor patio provided a good view. The staff were helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, which i appreciated.
The shower had somewhat small dimensions. It was about 30cm between the taps and the shower screen, made showering a bit challenging, NOTHING too bad.

My double room came with air conditioning and free WiFi. The room included a television with multiple channels. It also had a well-stocked minibar. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
