the beds were comfortable. the location was safe and central, made getting around easy.
the bathroom had water stains, not ideal. the shower was quite small and the room's sound insulation was poor.

I celebrated my birthday during this stay the foyer had a lovely vintage vibe the staff were cute. I saw happy birthday balloons and a welcome message in my room a spacious room and a huge mirror charmed me. The staff were very good too.
Our room had a small window with no floor-to-ceiling windows. I was hoping for a discount as a gesture but none was offered the standard for a 4 star hotel should be higher.

decent stay with some minor issues
excellent helpguarded parkingsmall showerpoor insulation
silvia provided excellent help with area c ticket issues. i found the guarded parking garage opposite the hotel entrance very convenient.
The shower was quite small. also, the room's sound insulation was poor. I could easily hear noises from adjacent rooms.
