Stylish Retro Hotel Near Duomo
clean room excellent location friendly staff
My room was quite clean and had a record player, I enjoyed it a lot. The location IS excellent. It is a short walk to the Duomo. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom lighting was quite dim.

annoying noise small room
The room was quite small. The air conditioning made an annoying noise (it was irritating!). It impacted my sleep. The staff didn't seem able to fix it.

smeg teapot crosley player accommodating staff poor air conditioning full refund hotel system
The staff was very sweet and accommodating. The photos did not do the room justice.. it was much better in reality, with a Smeg teapot and Crosley record player. It was a great pleasure to stay here, surpassing my expectations.
The air conditioning was horrible. I had to move within three hours. I am still waiting for a full refund, which I paid upon checking in.. The hotel's air conditioning system was the worst I have ever seen.

comfortable bed safe location water stains poor sound insulation
the beds were comfortable. the location was safe and central, made getting around easy.
the bathroom had water stains, not ideal. the shower was quite small and the room's sound insulation was poor.

vintage vibe welcome message bathroom lighting small window
I celebrated my birthday during this stay the foyer had a lovely vintage vibe the staff were cute. I saw happy birthday balloons and a welcome message in my room a spacious room and a huge mirror charmed me. The staff were great too.
Our room had a small window with no floor-to-ceiling windows. I was hoping for a discount as a gesture but none was offered the standard for a 4 star hotel should be higher.
