The location was superb, just a short walk to the Duomo and many cultural areas. The setting was lovely with a courtyard and wide stone stairs inside! The coffee shop in the basement was handy. All codes and communication worked well.
The wall lights were broken and hanging loosely, not a pleasant sight.
