dirty glassrude staff
i found the room wasn't very clean when i first got there. there were shavings on the floor and a dirty glass, honestly. they did clean it later, but the used glasses never got replaced ! also, some of the staff were quite rude.

I appreciated the perfect service at the restaurant. Roberto and chef Mauricio Éléphant provided a wonderful experience! I also loved the amazing views. The sunset was right in front of us.

Wonderful Stay Near Sorrento

The staff was friendly. The location is fine, carved into the cliffs with direct access to the sea. My room was modern, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. (The design of the rooms is great.)
The water cost was expensive. I had to pay €7 per bottle of water for my room. This was disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

I dined in the restaurant a few times. The food was of high quality. The restaurant also features a chef, Maurizio, who prepares fantastic dishes, including Cacio e Pepe Risotto. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The pool area is amazing and provides a lovely way to relax. There is direct access to the crystal-clear sea, perfect for swimming. Lounging on the sunbeds with a cocktail in hand was like pure luxury.

The rooms are modern, clean, and have a minimalist style. Comfortable beds are available to lounge on by the pool and in the garden. Robes and slippers were provided. a free mini bar in the room.
