The location was really good, offering easy access to local attractions. the staff was very attentive. They addressed all requests promptly. breakfast featured fresh pastries and locally sourced jams.

Monastery Magic, A View to Die For!

The hotel staff was friendly and so helpful, i loved it. I especially enjoyed the complimentary tour of the castle, it was a nice touch. The room had amazing views and it felt so special!
The elevator was a little slow, but i considered it exercise.

The hotel featured well-kept gardens where guests can wander and relax. There were clearly marked pathways through the gardens, also benches positioned for enjoying the scenery. This is worth it.

Lovely Castle Stay

The room, a Double Room Sea View, had beautiful furnishings. I ate in the excellent restaurant. Access to the wider castle grounds made for a great day.
The standard rooms were very small. There was barely two feet of clearance at the base of the bed. There was nowhere to put a large bag, either. The elevator failed. I hiked nearly 100 meters up steps to my room.

The morning breakfast was peaceful. The staff explained the salads, desserts, and breads. I really enjoyed it. There was much to choose from.

The staff are cute and nothing is too much trouble. I arrived early and was made very comfortable. Refreshments were offered right away. It was really appreciated.

My Double Room Sea View had amazing views. I didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean. They were also beautifully laid out. It was quite nice.

Decent stay with some notable issues.

The bed was not very comfortable. The room was quite basic. There was no television for late nights when there was nothing to do in the town. The breakfast was pretty bland and the same every day.

mixed feelings about my stay

The room, a 'standard room', felt smaller than i anticipated. I barely had room to move around the bed. WORSE, one morning the elevator stopped working. I was left with a long climb up several flights of stairs in the summer heat!

the breakfast was good and changed daily, acceptable.
the standard rooms are small. There was little space at the base of the bed, and no place to store a large bag. The elevator failed, i had to climb steps to my room in the heat.
