wonderful stay near everything
local restaurant convenient location larger shower bay view
the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants i found the location convenient near both the train station and the main piazza the room featured tiled floors and a larger shower than i expected which was quite nice the balcony offered a view of the bay i enjoyed.
my only very small issue was the lack of coffee and tea making equipment in the room i do like to make a quick brew sometimes.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace offering views. Plenty of sun loungers and a shaded seating area are available i noted a small toilet and an outside shower on the sun terrace. it all was clean.

my room included a balcony with views of the bay the room was spacious with tiled floors i could smell lemons from somewhere i appreciated the cleanliness and the larger shower. the bed was very large.

i received assistance from the staff when my airline cancelled my flight they helped arrange an extra night the staff were friendly and always available to assist the breakfast selection was ample. they were efficient.

disrespectful staff ham incident
the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
The food was a letdown. I expected better italian cuisine. my vegetarian meal unexpectedly contained ham, and the staff seemed to find it amusing, which i found disrespectful.

improper air conditioning brick pillows
the location was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not function properly. The room was uncomfortably warm. the pillows reminded me of bricks. Sleep quality suffered. i found this unacceptable and hope management addresses these issues.

clean rooms modern rooms excellent location easy access
The rooms were modern, clean and well appointed. i appreciated its proximity to the shops and restaurants! the train and bus station were also close. the port is easily accessible by taxi. Otherwise, many steps await you.
the safe required an extra payment for usage, which i found a little inconvenient!

smoke smell thin bedsheet
The location was acceptable, a short walk from the main square. The staff helped when the airline cancelled my flight. I needed to stay an extra night.
The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The duvet was just a thin bedsheet. I'm not sure if that is the standard there. There was no euro 2 pin plug socket, something I wasn't prepared for.
