The hotel location is very convenient. It is near the tram station marc castillo. the beach is only a short ten-minute walk away, so close. i also appreciated the good breakfast offered. There were plenty of choices. the staff was very cute and kind, always available to help with any questions or requests.

I found that the gym wasn't up to par. It looked somewhat dirty. i also noted that there was no water fountain available after a workout.

The room was spacious and always very clean. I found fresh towels daily. the cleaners clearly did a great job maintaining the rooms, bins emptied each day, and toilet rolls were always replenished.

The staff were very helpful. EVERYONE was friendly. I appreciated the proximity to the beach and shopping center. The room offered ample space and modern design, a welcome combination.

The pool required a VERY early wake-up call to secure a lounge chair.
