charming stay close to everything
convenient location short walk good breakfast
The hotel location is very convenient. It is near the tram station marc castillo. the beach is only a short ten-minute walk away, so close. i also appreciated the good breakfast offered. There were plenty of choices. the staff was very cute and kind, always available to help with any questions or requests.
I found that the gym wasn't up to par. It looked somewhat dirty. i also noted that there was no water fountain available after a workout. the lifts were not working either and i was staying on the tenth floor, a real inconvenience

The staff provided really good service, always ready to assist and very cute. they helped with directions and provided quick responses to requests. This created a pleasant environment.

The room was spacious and always very clean. I found fresh towels daily. the cleaners clearly did a great job maintaining the rooms, bins emptied each day, and toilet rolls were always replenished.

the hotel offers a private parking garage for added convenience. the breakfast buffet has many choices to start your day, even an omelette station. there is easy access to public transportation from the hotel, including a nearby tram stop.

the room was spacious and clean the beds were comfortable. breakfast had a sufficient choice available. the hotel has a good location near the castle.

a tender spot, a romantic getaway
friendly staff huge shower
The reception staff had such friendly faces, helpful people. the modern room was so light! i appreciated the huge shower head. Such a sweet way to end the day.

The staff were very helpful. EVERYONE was friendly. I appreciated the proximity to the beach and shopping center. The room offered ample space and modern design, a welcome combination.
The pool required a VERY early wake-up call to secure a lounge chair.

The hotel provided convenient access to the beach. I could easily reach Plaza Mar 2 shopping center. The Santa Barbara castle was within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel.

Reception staff were friendly. They were always ready to help with directions. The welcome at arrival was warm. I felt comfortable immediately. The team ensured a smooth check-in process.
