fantastic stay
helpful staff daily housekeeping
The staff proved helpful. They were always ready with directions. the daily housekeeping kept my studio sea view immaculate!
i noticed that the pool area showed wear. Some tlc would greatly enhance the overall experience. the pool bar closed too early!

the reception staff provided excellent assistance and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring guests had everything needed. restaurant staff are friendly, they were always quick to respond to requests. the service was AMAZING!!!

My studio sea view offered ample space. It easily accommodated my needs. the room was clean and well maintained. air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature inside.

Charming Hotel with a Great Pool
fantastic location friendly staff
The location was fantastic, just a minute from the beach. The pool area included a bar (i loved this) serving drinks and food. The public areas were always clean. The super nice team and friendly.
The walls were thin, and i heard every noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn't easy to sleep because of the noise.

mixed feelings on my stay
outdated bathroom cockroach
the pool was nice enough, looked like they kept it relatively clean.
my room felt pretty outdated. the bathroom fixtures were visibly old. one morning, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. i also found it really hard to sleep because of noise in the hallways at all hours.

Fantastic Stay, Great Vibe!
chilled vibe bali beds convenience store
I liked how the rooms were situated. I could relax on my bed and open the door to feel part of the vibe. There were many Bali beds around the pool. The atmosphere was very chilled! Many restaurants and bars were close and there was a convenience store nearby.
The bar staff seemed more interested in laughing with each other than serving customers! I waited several minutes while they joked before I was served, and I understand Spanish so knew it was not work related. The service from the bar staff was really not good

The breakfast buffet offered varied options. Pastries were fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the coffee. The pool bar provided a wide selection of drinks and food. Prices were reasonable, and service was swift.

The hotel provided a short taxi ride to the marina and restaurants. Taxis were readily available. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and bars made exploring convenient and easy. A convenience store nearby offered added convenience.

The studio pool view was comfortable and spacious, and the decor was really fun. The room included a small kitchenette with a stove top, fridge, pots, pans and dishes. The bed was comfy and there was an extra bed or couch as well!

The reception staff were helpful arranging taxis. My room had a fantastic beach view. Pool service was amazing. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service from both morning and night staff.
