Charming Hotel with a Great Pool

The location was fantastic, just a minute from the beach. The pool area included a bar (i loved this) serving drinks and food. The public areas were always clean. The super nice team and friendly.

The walls were thin, and i heard every noise from neighboring rooms. It wasn't easy to sleep because of the noise.

the pool was nice enough, looked like they kept it relatively clean.

my room felt pretty outdated. the bathroom fixtures were visibly old. one morning, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. i also found it really hard to sleep because of noise in the hallways at all hours.

Fantastic Stay, Great Vibe!

I liked how the rooms were situated. I could relax on my bed and open the door to feel part of the vibe. There were many Bali beds around the pool. The atmosphere was very chilled! Many restaurants and bars were close and there was a convenience store nearby.

The bar staff seemed more interested in laughing with each other than serving customers! I waited several minutes while they joked before I was served, and I understand Spanish so knew it was not work related. The service from the bar staff was really not good

The breakfast buffet offered varied options. Pastries were fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the coffee. The pool bar provided a wide selection of drinks and food. Prices were reasonable, and service was swift.

The reception staff were helpful arranging taxis. My room had a fantastic beach view. Pool service was amazing. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service from both morning and night staff.
