The location is AMAZING, right in the city center. The staff were helpful. They provided excellent recommendations. My room was super clean and beautifully designed. I REALLY appreciated the fast, reliable Wi-Fi that helped me work efficiently.

I noticed the coffee wasn't automatically replenished daily, I requested it each evening.

the location was great. i found many restaurants close to the hotel. the staff was really good. tony went out of their way to.

the breakfast was until 11 am. i stayed up late due to a course which ended close to 2 am, so i went down with my son a little before 11 am for breakfast. the waiter said there were only croissants for breakfast. i asked again, but there are only croissants for breakfast, really? he then said, oh, you want the buffet.

I had the greatest stay! the clothes steamer in the room was so useful. I didn't have to worry about wrinkles. the beach towels were a total bonus and i used them every day!

My room did not have a coffee machine. It only had a kettle though i really wanted some coffee.

the room was smaller than i anticipated for the price, a little disappointing. the bathroom appearance did not fully match the promotional pictures. the hotel lacked room service, restricting dining options to the restaurant.
