Central Stay with Friendly Faces
helpful staff excellent location fresh pastry
The staff were very helpful. They provided useful information (especially about local attractions). I appreciated their readiness to assist with directions. The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. There was a variety of options available each morning. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.
The shower lacked proper lighting. It was quite dark inside, difficult to see well.

The hotel provides 24-hour tea and coffee in the reception area, catering to guests at any hour and also offering a terrace at the top, a nice option for smokers or anyone wanting fresh air.

unclean bed sheet dark bathroom
The hotel has a great location near tourist attractions.
I faced a problem . The overlay floor moved when I walked on it. The bed sheets seemed unclean. I saw makeup from a previous guest. The bathroom was very dark. I couldn't see anything clearly.
