friendly staff quiet room comfortable bed

The staff efficiently checked me in. They even sent a message confirming my request for a quiet room. i used the lift located at the back of the pub, avoiding any stairs. the room included fluffy, clean towels and strong nespresso coffee. the air conditioning worked well. the bed was comfortable. the room was clean.

The absence of a fridge in room 4 was a drawback. the bathroom sink drained poorly. Water sprayed out when i tried to drain it. this made using the sink inconvenient.

the shower was FANTASTIC!!! the venue has a wonderful feel. staff were lovely. i liked the good facilities, too.

brunch is not available anymore. this was a big disappointment.

stylish stay near the tube

convenient location quick cleaning cool style quiet room

the location is very convenient with the tube station just a short walk away. my room was quiet despite the building also being a live music venue. housekeeping ensured my room was cleaned quickly after my long journey. the hotel boasts a very cool and stylish aesthetic.

the reception area was sometimes unattended making it difficult to ask questions.

The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation and many restaurants. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfy. i loved the high-quality bedding and the excellent shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly! also, the staff were helpful when i requested extra towels.

The bar could get a little busy sometimes, especially during peak hours on weekends. I had to wait a few minutes to get a drink once.

the cleanliness left something to be desired. i found the shower needed more attention, showing signs of inadequate cleaning. furthermore, i encountered a delay at check-in, which extended past the stated time, proving inconvenient as i wanted to settle in quickly after a long journey.
