i found this hotel to be a true oasis near marylebone high street. access to tube stops was quick and easy, and i could walk to regent park and primrose hill! the room was spacious compared to other stays i've had in the city. the bathroom included heated towel racks and a modern showerhead.
the hotel added a hidden 5% service charge to our room accommodation rate on checkout. i think this practice is unfair and deceptive.

all the staff i encountered were helpful and polite. one staff member, irfan, was particularly helpful on multiple occasions. the staff seemed knowledgeable about the area and were willing to assist in any way.

Baker street underground station is only a short walk away. shopping spots and restaurants are nearby. the hotel area feels more residential and less touristy. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

i only tried the potting shed on my last day. i really wish i had visited sooner. the menu had great options and the quality was excellent, i had breakfast every morning.

the interior design is cute and the updated kit kemp decor is bright. the colorful cloth bag included in each room is useful. the hotel did not have an elevator on one side, though this did not bother me.

the room was super clean. classy decor added to the cute atmosphere. the staff was also lovely and provided a high standard of service. its location near regent's park was convenient.
my room lacked tea and coffee making facilities, but they were promptly provided upon request.

i liked the helpful staff . My room had a well stocked mini bar. the hotel's location made it easy to get around to different areas.
The room was not always cleaned when it should have been. i had to ask for water for the room each day. There was an extra charge on my bill, which i thought was not korrekt.
