great location extensive selection
The location is excellent. It is a two-minute walk from the train station and long-distance buses. The breakfast offered an extensive selection (I particularly enjoyed the variety of cheeses available).
The elevator only goes to the fourth floor, so reaching the fifth floor requires walking up some steps.

historical charm and modern comforts
historical items antique furniture friendly staff generous breakfast
i was especially impressed with the historical items and antique furniture throughout the building. Each had its own story. the staff were friendly and always offered helpful suggestions. the breakfast buffet included a generous selection of items. I also enjoyed the all-day availability of coffee and tea.
The building felt slightly outdated. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable. the floor fan helped a little. the use of traditional keys and the absence of an in-room safe were minor drawbacks.

The hotel's proximity to the central station was very convenient. It simplified exploring the surrounding area. access to transportation was easy. the saint peter's cathedral is just around the corner. the town hall is also nearby.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. It catered to many tastes. the breakfast room is located in a cellar restaurant. there were hot and cold selections. no one needed to leave hungry. The breakfast was generous.

The room featured comfortable beds. I found them very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. it was super clean. the room size was just perfect. the modern art paired with the historical building's architecture created a wonderful contrast.

The location is amazing, close to the train station!!! the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i had a great breakfast. The selection was varied and fresh!! i appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's decor and the blend of tradition and modern amenities!!!
my room had a very small window and i wanted more fresh air. it could not be opened, slightly inconvenient!!

the breakfast included fresh, local dishes served in a historic cellar. the scrambled eggs were amazing and there were also waffles. the coffee in the library was a nice touch, it was really fun!!!

the hotel features a library with complimentary tea and coffee available around the clock. my room had usb plugs. the breakfast room is located in the historic vaults (i enjoyed the medieval ambiance there).
the hotel uses traditional keys instead of key cards (it felt a bit outdated).

interesting building convenient location varied breakfast
I found the building very interesting. The location is near the Big and Little Squares and also the fine St Peter's church. City and long-distance bus links are nearby. it's near the central station. Breakfast had many choices.
Cleaners made a bit of noise in the hallway when I was trying to sleep.

The front office staff was helpful. They were all friendly and engaging. The staff welcomed me like family. It felt special. Most of all, I liked the friendly smiles of staff.

My room was just the size I needed. The bed provided a great night of sleep. The room had interesting art and historical information about the building. I loved using the 1938 installed lift.

The breakfast choice was good in a fabulous vaulted basement space. I enjoyed having cookies and tea in the library. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

I loved sitting in the library. It was relaxing after a hard day's site seeing. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the library. The hotel has a certain grandeur and is very historic.
