Acceptable stay with some noise issues

The room was spacious and clean , a positive aspect of my stay.
Unfortunately , there was a bar nearby that played loud music until late at night . The hotel offered a late check-out as compensation , but this did not address the core issue of noise disturbance. Also , the rooftop bar had a private event with loud music , further disrupting the peace.

I was disappointed with a few things. the gym was quite small. It only had a couple of treadmills. the breakfast buffet seemed repetitive after a few days. There wasn't much variety. i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like the shower grout needed some attention? the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the room included a large tv (i liked it!) and buttons for cleaning. all the necessities for the bathroom were available, including towels and a bathrobe. i also found slippers and a toothbrush.
breakfast was not good at all. i chose one egg plate, but it was a small portion. the buffet only had bread and spreads, not like a 5-star hotel breakfast. the pool space is very small and under shade all the time so the pool is super cold.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the sea and the bustling walking street. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar. It provided excellent cocktails and a high-class atmosphere. a live dj played on weekends, made the space even more vibrant and fun.
during my visit, i noticed the absence of attentive behaviour from staff, disappointing. there seemed to be more focus on each other than on attending to guest requests, especially in the evenings.

Breakfast included a buffet alongside a chef's menu with various selections, excellent. the hotel restaurant presented a three-tier tower with assorted dips, bread, and cheese. It was delicious and beautifully arranged. the bar service was prompt and high-quality.

the hotel pool provided sunbeds, towels, and food and drink services from the restaurant. the spa offered a relaxing environment. i was offered to use hotel facilities after checkout, including a complimentary shower room, so i felt well taken care of.

my room was clean and spacious, equipped with a mini bar stocked well and complimentary toiletries. air conditioning was well kept. decor was thoughtful and featured relaxing earthy colors, i also noticed that the bed lighting had a special elegance.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They promptly addressed any requests that i had. upon arrival, i was greeted warmly. the hotel provided assistance in arranging transportation to the airport, and also offered a late check out, appreciated.
