some issues need address
dirty windowsrust stains
the windows were definitely not clean. a view of the golf course suffered because of this. the bathroom needed attention, with rust stains visible near the shower. i noticed mold in some spots too.

the staff was very friendly and helpful the golf course looked very well maintained i enjoyed breakfast and coffee near the pool the location allowed for long walks to pt elliott and granite island
the windows were not very clean this detracted from the view of the golf course it would be great if they were cleaned more regularly

the room included a comfortable bed the bathroom looked newly renovated i was quite close to the excellent swimming pool there was a superb view from the dining room during meals

the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful they addressed any concerns promptly breakfast included a variety of options i saw pastries yoghurts fruits cereals and milks were available each morning

i saw the hotel provided facilities such as a pool sauna and spa breakfast had both hot and cold options i also noticed chipolatas bacon scrambled eggs hash browns mushrooms tomatoes and toast
