Acceptable, but issues with hot water

clean facilitiesinsufficient parking
the hotel was new and the facilities was clean.
There was no hot water in the morning, so i had to take a cold shower. I found this unacceptable. the parking situation also frustrated me. I needed to park far away since the hotel parking was insufficient.

air conditioning absenceparking shortage
the lack of air conditioning was a real issue. i found it almost unbearable to sleep there because it was so hot. the room became stuffy quickly, and even opening the window didn't provide enough relief.. it really impacted my ability to rest well. also, the parking situation was not ideal. i often had trouble finding a spot when i returned in the evenings.
