I found the location very convenient, the pulse of the city was just steps away. Staff was very lovely and helpful, especially with directions and local tips. The rooms were super clean, and I notice the linens smelled fresh. I did enjoy the complimentary vouchers for drinks at the bar nearby.

The elevators are a bit small, it may feel a touch cramped during peak hours.

the elevators worked fine , helpful for getting around the hotel quickly.

My room faced a brick wall. There was no view at all. cleanliness was also a concern. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival, and i noticed that the taps were leaking throughout my stay.

The room was a good size, a Beautiful Queen Room that suited my needs well. Beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. It kept the room cool and pleasant (i appreciated that).

The elevators were very small. It could get crowded with more than two people and luggage.
