mixed experience with some disappointments
shower leak unapplied credit
the location proved convenient for accessing various parts of the area.
The initial room assigned was quite cramped, the bed nearly touching the door. i found a leak in the shower. This was a significant oversight. despite assurances, my f&b credit was not applied to the bill.

The hotel has water ready . Staff members are kind. Wine and bread are available around 4-5pm. The nearby whole food market is just one block away and convenient for groceries. I found this helpful.
The room lacked a coffee machine, slightly disappointing.

The location is fantastic near Madison Avenue. Complimentary coffee and tea were available each morning. The fitness room included basic equipment for a solid workout. I found the beds comfortable.
I noticed the light switches were somewhat difficult to use, requiring a bit of time to turn off all the lights each night.

the location was certainly beneficial and allowed convenient access to many attractions. the front desk staff offered assistance whenever i inquired about local directions.
the room size felt quite small considering the rate, it felt cramped. furthermore, the air conditioning was particularly noisy and disrupted my sleep.

helpful staff thorough service useful schedule
the front desk staff was friendly and helpful they assisted me with any questions. maid service was thorough and came daily. early check in was available for a fee which was useful for my schedule.
i noticed that some of the toiletries were not consistently topped up.

I found the rooms quiet. A rare treat. the beds had luxurious bedding. a whole foods nearby provided convenience for snacks and drinks. I considered that helpful. the hotel bar offered live music. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere.
I found the air conditioning unit had stopped working. We woke up drenched. it was disruptive.
