The initial room assigned was quite cramped, the bed nearly touching the door. i found a leak in the shower. This was a significant oversight. despite assurances, my f&b credit was not applied to the bill.

The hotel has water ready . Staff members are kind. Wine and bread are available around 4-5pm. The nearby whole food market is just one block away and convenient for groceries. I found this helpful.

The location is fantastic near Madison Avenue. Complimentary coffee and tea were available each morning. The fitness room included basic equipment for a solid workout. I found the beds comfortable.

I noticed the light switches were somewhat difficult to use, requiring a bit of time to turn off all the lights each night.
