I found the proximity to penn station very useful, especially with luggage. the staff at the front desk were quite friendly. They helped with directions and late check out. the breakfast staff worked tirelessly and they deserve recognition, beds were comfortable.
the elevators sometimes took a while, made me late.

i found the location super convenient being a minute's walk from the subway line. the hotel is situated perfectly between broadway and 7th avenue near madison square garden and times square. the room service came daily and made the room and bathroom sparkling clean plus they gave us fresh towels every day. the shower was really great too
the breakfast at the hotel was included in the room price but it was very disappointing. the meat options were quite limited making it hard to build a good meal.

the hotel benefits from an excellent central location near broadway and 7th avenue. the location offers quick access to madison square garden and times square so i could walk or take the subway. the subway line is very close to the hotel too

the location was very good (it's close to several key transport hubs). the subway station and penn station were within easy reach. free coffee and tea were available at the coffee corner in the lobby.
the room was quite small. minimal closet space and no drawers for clothes were provided. the breakfast area was crowded. i also experienced elevator delays sometimes.
