The breakfast had many options. There was something for everyone.
I visited the spa, and the staff member didn't seem fully trained. Her long hair kept brushing against my skin during the massage which i found off-putting. she didn't wash her hands before starting, and there was no hot towel to clean the oil off afterwards.

It presented very nice views with floor-to-ceiling windows. the staff were consistently attentive to my needs and requests throughout my stay. the food was top notch, particularly at the breakfast buffet, it included diverse options. the hotel is connected to a shopping center which offers additional conveniences.
I had trouble obtaining a receipt after paying cash. I had to request it multiple times.

On one occasion, the wait time for an elevator during peak hours was slightly longer than expected.
