adequate but some amenities lacking
missing ovenbasic supplies
I found a couple of issues detracted from the stay. the advertised oven was missing. That was a significant inconvenience. also, basic supplies like coffee capsules for the nespresso machine were not provided.. this felt a little cheap, considering the price.

I stayed for three nights. the superior suite sea view was spacious. i loved the sea view from the wrap around balcony. the kitchen was well supplied and very clean! the cleaning crew does an excellent job every day. Everything was super clean.
The staff wasn't readily available. The office wasn't open one morning when i needed assistance. instructions about key return were not very clear, this caused a minor inconvenience. i hope the team can improve this.

The hotel coordinator was helpful. They offered support when i needed it. fresh towels were provided daily. This was very useful. also, assistance with local attractions was offered, a welcome gesture.

The hotel has a beautiful relaxing pool and gardens. there are chairs near the beach. Shade is available under the trees. the apartment has amenities you need such as a fridge, freezer, and washing machine.

cleaning crewsmall showerdim lighting
the cleaning crew did a great job every day, i must admit.
The shower seemed like a cave, i could barely turn around and there wasn't a single hook for towels. Talk about inconvenience. lighting in the bathroom resembled a dimly lit dungeon, so applying makeup was a gamble. the room was not exactly modern, i seemed like i had stepped into a time capsule.
