fantastic mealhigh spec
the evening meal was fantastic. a regular recommended the fish and chips and i don't think i've ever had better. it was cooked perfectly!!! the en-suite was high spec.
the pillows were very hard.

The staff was amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. i found the location very central. the hotel had a restaurant onsite.
the bed felt a bit small. the room was somewhat dark. i found the shower not so easy to use, though it worked.

My room was not clean, like, at all. the table had marks i dont even want to know about, it looked like nobody wiped it. also, the shower head had mold. I was really disgusted.

the room was very clean and tidy , including the bathroom. the service was excellent , i found that the staff were very attentive.
the bedroom was dark and very noisy during the day , this was due to a generator outside. the bed wasn't comfortable , i struggled to get a good night's sleep.

the staff was friendly. lactose free milk was provided as requested, which i found considerate. the hotel gave a welcome for free early check in, i was grateful.
the breakfast was adequate, i feel the availability of muesli could have improved it. the television was constantly on at both meals, this was a bit distracting.
