My room featured a really large size , it was indeed spacious. The decor was first rate , I could see two buildings were brought together to create the hotel.
I found the rooftop, where the pool is located , lacked some privacy .

the room was very clean. the staff were very friendly and service minded. i had an enjoyable time here. i was welcomed by the staff when i arrived.
The rooms were pitch dark with all the lights on. i felt very nice uncomfortable. they never once replenished our water in the room. Something i have never experienced before in a 5 star hotel. the lifts were all broken and the stair cases didn't lead to all floors.

the hotel staff were polite and friendly , from the concierge to the bartenders. the concierge helped us get into attractions even though they were sold out. our room had sumptuous decor and was supremely comfortable. we enjoyed welcome cocktails at the bar nightly , such a lovely touch.
The hotel gym was very small . It really isn't suitable for more than two people working out at once. it lacked space and equipment for a hotel of this level. i'd hoped for a more comprehensive fitness facility , but it felt quite limited.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and it offered a lovely view overlooking the plaza. The location is superb (it made exploring easy).
The rooms were dark even with all the lights on. Water was not replenished in the room. The staircases did not lead to all floors. (I found this inconvenient.)

i stayed in a beautiful room for three nights the room had a nice desk and a comfortable bed i liked the complimentary toiletries it was nice to have a bathrobe and slippers available. the hotel location was convenient it was easy to walk to many attractions i found some great restaurants nearby. the staff at the front desk were friendly they helped me with directions and recommendations they arranged a taxi for me to the train station.
the breakfast buffet was underwhelming the selection was limited and the food was not very hot i had to wait a while for a coffee refill. the gym was quite small it only had a few machines and limited free weights i could not find any towels or water bottles. my room overlooked an interior courtyard it was a bit dark and there wasn't much of a view
