The reception staff was EXCELLENT. Car parking is under the hotel. This is a HUGE plus. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable. My room was VERY clean too.
The hotel heating was too high, even though I visited in May. It made the room quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is in an older part of the city, specifically the Chartrons area. Many cafés are within a short walk, PERFECT for morning coffee or a quick lunch. The area is quieter than the city center.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. This included a variety of options. I was able to enjoy lunch on two occasions. Food was enjoyable and offered good value, VERY appreciable.

i found the staff very helpful at reception, they checked me in quickly. breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. downstairs seating areas were attractive and comfortable! car parking was under the hotel.
the gym could use more indication.

my room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. air conditioning worked great! a little fridge was stocked with coke, water and orange juice. i also had a kettle for making tea and a nespresso machine with refills.
