Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!

The hotel location is super! It is close to many shops and restaurants! Our room on the 6th floor gave a fantastic view facing the mountain. I enjoyed coffee every morning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were quite flat. They did not provide good support during sleep. slippers were available to executive guests only, disappointing, especially when comfort is important.

The hotel personnel were helpful and courteous . They provided prompt assistance when needed. They ensured we had all the information for local attractions. Plus, they gave quick responses to our requests. I appreciated the proactive service!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread with items like smoked salmon that I particularly enjoyed. It had a great selection. I really liked the currywurst I bought from the stalls near the hotel. It was delicious. The open dining area has a spacious feel.
