The room suited my family. Its high standard made it perfect for a stop. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed and got the best sleep. The friendly staff was always helpful.
The pool water was cold. This made it unenjoyable for everyone. The water was so cold, even my kids did not stay in it for long.

faulty air conditioningfull carpark
i was pretty annoyed with a few things. the air conditioning barely worked in my room. it was super stuffy and hot, so i didn't sleep well at all. also, the carpark was completely full, a real inconvenience.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was very close to the caves and the safari park. Our family suite had ample space. It featured a large fridge freezer.
I noticed the service at breakfast needed attention. Some dirty dishes from the previous evening remained uncleared from the tables. Consequently the tables were not very clean.
