Lovely Stay Close to the Caves
comfortable bed helpful staff
The room suited my family. Its high standard made it perfect for a stop. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed and got the best sleep. The friendly staff was always helpful.
The pool water was cold. This made it unenjoyable for everyone. The water was so cold, even my kids did not stay in it for long.

My King Suite Bunk Bed room included comfortable beds for everyone in my family. It also featured modern decor and sufficient space for luggage. I found it very charming. The climate control system worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay.

faulty air conditioning full carpark
i was pretty annoyed with a few things. the air conditioning barely worked in my room. it was super stuffy and hot, so i didn't sleep well at all. also, the carpark was completely full, a real inconvenience.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was very close to the caves and the safari park. Our family suite had ample space. It featured a large fridge freezer.
I noticed the service at breakfast needed attention. Some dirty dishes from the previous evening remained uncleared from the tables. Consequently the tables were not very clean.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I saw fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes available. It provided a good start to the day, before exploring the area. Or maybe resting. A variety of options is always good.

The hotel is close to the train station. I think this provides direct access to the wild park. The surrounding area has many restaurants. The Cave of Han is also conveniently nearby.

Our room included a microwave. It included a kettle. A cooking station was available. Ample equipment was provided. I really liked the design of the room.
