Larissa greeted us warmly and provided helpful information about the city. Her recommendations enhanced our visit a lot. the daily breakfast offered a great variety and some new choices each day. the hotel also offered a complimentary drink per day if we opted out of room cleaning.
i noticed that my room lacked a desk and a chair. this absence made it difficult to work comfortably within the room. the wardrobe was also quite small, impacting my ability to store luggage.

The hotel is located a short five-minute walk from the metro. This made exploring the city simple. the central city area is also within a short walk. nearby shops. Cafes, and restaurants line the streets.

The room featured fabulous air conditioning. It ensured a comfortable temperature. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included a nice shower. quietness helped ensure sound sleep each night, a plus.

a cool bar operated inside the hotel from noon until late into the night. a gorgeous interior courtyard was there if you prefer eating outside. seating was also available inside. the breakfast was really good.

The breakfast was excellent. i liked that it offered many different kinds of food. I found it very excellent. the room i stayed in was spacious. the room was also clean and modern.
the receptionist wasn't friendly, unfortunately. the bathroom towels were small. it was hard to shower without water getting everywhere because the shower screen was so tiny.

I found the staff helpful. They gave great restaurant suggestions. The room was VERY spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. There was a wide variety of food. I would definitely stay again!

the staff was friendly and helpful. anna made our check-in smooth and funny. i appreciated the hotel storing our luggage in a secure room because we arrived early from salzburg. the hotel provided amenities in the lounge and game room.
the hotel is not very close to the main attractions or the u-bahn. a tram station is nearby though.

our room was nice and neat, with attentive room service that wasn't intrusive. it had nice decor and amenities. the size was adequate for our needs, and the bed was supportive. i had a wonderful night of sleep!!!
