Great location and helpful staff
local restaurants welcome buffet staff help perfect location
i found the location perfect, with lots of local restaurants nearby. it was easy to walk to the gothic quarter and the beach. the staff answered every question i had. the lobby included a welcome buffet with treats.
i booked a room with a port view, but i ended up with a view of the carpark. the room has some issues and they dont get resolved .

Superb Stay with Lovely Views!
attentive staff spacious room modern decor rooftop view
The check-in process was smooth, the staff were attentive. I found my room spacious with modern decor. The hotel provided complimentary water. Housekeeping was excellent. The rooftop bar offered amazing views, and I enjoyed the casual atmosphere.
The standard room, while adequate, felt a little small.

fantastic stay
helpful staff free replacement generous seating
I found the staff very helpful. They provided a free replacement when i lost my phone charger. later, they located my original charger and returned it to me. the rooftop bar was lovely with generous seating options in sun and shade. The view of port vell was fabulous.
the bathroom floor flooded after each shower because of its design. i had to use extra towels to mop the water every day. it was a bit inconvenient.

this hotel is near several key attractions. it is a short walk to both the gothic quarter and sites like casa batlló. the picasso museum is also easily accessible from the hotel.

the rooftop bar area features many seating options with both sun and shaded spots. it includes a pool, though i did not use it. the view overlooks port vell and provides a nice backdrop.

great location near the wharf
reception staff room cleaners super clean hotel little cookies
the staff was excellent from reception to the room cleaners. the technician sorted out the internet for the room. the room and hotel were super clean. i liked the little cookies by the front desk.
The floor of the bathroom flooded a bit everytime i used the shower due to the design. I used the extra towels to mop.
