i found the location perfect, with lots of local restaurants nearby. it was easy to walk to the gothic quarter and the beach. the staff answered every question i had. the lobby included a welcome buffet with treats.
i booked a room with a port view, but i ended up with a view of the carpark. the room has some issues and they dont get resolved .

The check-in process was smooth, the staff were attentive. I found my room spacious with modern decor. The hotel provided complimentary water. Housekeeping was excellent. The rooftop bar offered amazing views, and I enjoyed the casual atmosphere.

I found the staff very helpful. They provided a free replacement when i lost my phone charger. later, they located my original charger and returned it to me. the rooftop bar was lovely with generous seating options in sun and shade. The view of port vell was fabulous.
the bathroom floor flooded after each shower because of its design. i had to use extra towels to mop the water every day. it was a bit inconvenient.
